Using OpenPen

OpenPen is a beta writing service, Playground, API, and agent skill for producing drafts from prompts, public sources, and user-provided source material.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for your account and API keys. Keep keys secret. We may revoke keys, limit usage, or suspend access when needed to protect OpenPen or other users.

Your content and outputs

You keep rights to your inputs and outputs. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before publishing and confirming that they are accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use OpenPen to break the law or violate someone else's rights.
• Do not submit malicious code, credentials, or material you are not allowed to use.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape, resell, or abuse the service.
• Do not use OpenPen to create deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent content.

Beta service

OpenPen is still changing. Features, limits, pricing, routes, model behavior, and availability may change as the product develops.

No warranties

OpenPen is provided as is. Drafts may contain errors, omissions, or unsupported claims, and the service may be interrupted.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenPen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the service.
