We collect account details, Google sign-in identifiers, prompts, uploaded source materials, generated drafts, API-key metadata, usage logs, and billing records when applicable.
We use this information to run drafts, process files, provide the API, prevent abuse, debug issues, improve reliability, and support your account.
OpenPen uses third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, analytics, and model processing. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
You keep ownership of the prompts, uploaded material, and outputs you submit. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
We keep account, draft, run, and API records as needed to operate OpenPen, debug issues, and meet legal or security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account or data.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service is perfectly secure, so do not submit sensitive material unless you are comfortable using OpenPen for it.
